Established on June 16th, 1950, the School of Excellence Girls Hazaribagh has a rich history as one of the top educational institutions for girls in the town. Situated at the heart of the city, this school underwent a significant transformation in 1989 when it became a plus 2 school. Currently, it caters to students from classes 6th to 12th. Edit
The school follows a two-tiered curriculum structure, with classes 6th to 9th adhering to the CBSE Delhi pattern, while classes 10th to 12th operate under the JAC Board Jharkhand until 2025. Starting in 2024, the school will extend its educational offerings from the preparatory level to the 12th grade. School Management Committee
I appreciate Government inititative to provide all the modern facilities like team of efficient teachers, smart classes furnished with smart boards, rich libraries, science labs, sports facilities and big playgrounds in the school odf excellence for all round developement of the students. Being the President of the School Managing Committee, I also appreciate the Government's decission to include the parents in SMC to ensure their active participation in the planning and execution of providing quality education and indulging the students in co-curricular activities at the same time for their all-round developemnet. In short , I can say that the SOE provides the exact oppurtunity to the parents belonging to the economically weaker sections of the society to realise their dreams of getting their children enrolled in the best schools of the state i.e "The School of Excellence."
